Hi. WTA. For model Raven SE, does the speaker hear so slow? How to raise the volume level? (don't need advise on changing volume level at taskbar speaker icon or going inside sound properties..I got that knowledge. Thanks) Previously used Dell Inspiron 15 7559 (i5, GTX 960) and noticed its speaker louder than this Raven SE (i7, GTX 1650) I just purchased. How loud it can be in actual? If anybody got its standard dB level then I can measure it from home to compare with. TQVM

* and I accidentally throw away the stickers given after unboxing. Didn't realize I slipped in and throw away. How to purchase those?

Then, please recommend for better brand. I don't want to spend my RM8k on next purchase for any defects. I want it in perfect guarantee.

Stay in Kedah and to go over there just for service or postage with risk of dropping by courier while ship it back..don't want to face it.

At least, should be another branch in Penang too.

only things still pull me back for Illegear are:
1. price tag (same price for Illegear is better spec than other brands, if mistaken, please suggest..ie. I've RM8K for i7-10th gen, 144Hz screen with RTX 2070..any brand can get the same spec?)
2. minimalist design (ie. ROG still heavy and bold for daily commute in backpack) - bezelless design = i like!
3. RGB variable options instead of 1 colour only for the same price tag in other brands

'dark side' from my reading still bothering me in Illegear:
1. late delivery instead of what they promised (7~14 working days for example - customers normally keep the initial promise, don't want to hear second promise)
2. low sound (they claim if use headset/earphone will get much better..I also know this point long time ago since Windows 7 century)
3. any unsuspected defects to tolerate with or force to live with it
4. travel distance to KL just for service or give it a look to the service team - so far! (additional cost to face: waste energy, waste highway toll, waste fuel)

if only they can have another branch in Penang

but for me to do like this is burden, in terms for additional cost (energy, toll rate, fuel, time to spend..maybe 1 day not enough) to go over there...from Kedah-KL compared to Kedah-Penang much better if can have new branch around here.

At the very most, I want to avoid the needs to step in over there.

Please consider new branch in Penang at least to reduce customer cost (unless due to part defect is eligible for customer to claim every cost).
