at first they said stock got issue, which i think is not.
than said mid of july, than delay end of july than delay early august, than said this week can get.
and i bought 2 unit from them..nice doh.gif
actually i am okay with it, but since i help my fren to buy, and they start to complain.

Gosh, exactly 2 months huh? Just a week earlier than me then.
And 2 units? I guess both you and your friend are rather eager since you guys paid for it already.

Oh well, whatever the reason is, do contact them for more information, I'm sure they will throw in something extra for *free*?

The delay was mainly caused by overwhelming demand on the first batch of stock. Also, changing new logo on back cover and custom inspection issues adds extra weeks on the waiting time.

I just want to claim a refund.. Bought a raven se during ur mid year sales for my brother and ur team said that the order cannot be fulfilled and offer us either downgrade or have to wait until end of july.. we dont want lower specs and we agreed to wait because ur team assured us that the laptop will arrive to us by 9th of august.. then until today i have not seen anything and ur sales person just keep on giving empty promises.. he even said to update us about the arrival of stocks today but until now nothing... the problem is my brother need a laptop to be used next week after raya haji therefore we want our full refund so that we can buy other laptop to be used next week because there is no way the raven se will arrive to our house by this friday by the looks of it..

You guys are definitely getting burnt after this.
The 2 months delay is really unacceptable. And the HQ moving as an excuse? Customers are getting pissed. sweat.gif

Mine is just 2 days short of turning into a 2-month delay. Or am I expecting more "freebies"? rclxms.gif

Hi dark,

It's not an excuse on the delay of stock, the reason of stock delay has been explained above. The shop moving does affect our speed of responding the accumulated message from facebook, insta and whatsapp though.

Can i have your order number to check your order status?

I do understand, but you have to know that I'm rather patient myself?
The previous delay was "acceptable", estimated to be at mid of July? Due to overwhelming orders and logo changes. I understand that part.

But it's been almost another month and when I've asked about it the reason given was "moving shop". Affected or not that's entirely another matter, but since the automated reply was given in that sense, people tend to get pissed for such a delay.
