Sorry to learn about this! I could not confirm for certain via a remote diagnosis but the booting issue but it might either be caused by a BIOS setting re-configuration/SSD connection issue.

May I also know if you have notified our Support Team? In regards to this matter, I would recommend for you to consult our Support Line directly as well for easier communication regarding this matter by using the contact number below:

hi, i just sent my laptop for service 22April. after that, i noticed that there's something wrong with my W button when i play games, when i release the button, my character still moving. i change to other button instead, it didnt continue moving. is there anything i can do to fix it?

It depends on model, different model has different arriving time because preorder.

Sorry we do not have any 9th gen prodigy left, only 10th gen for now.

Looking to purchase the onyx pro. Wonder how long will be the full charged battery can last on normal usage ?

Was researching about illegear after reading 52 pages of complain on 2 months order lead time, it made me have second thought... anyone ordered onyx or selenite and experienced 2 months delayed? Or it’s just Raven series?

Aside to Illegear team..
is the selenite or onyx in stock? Considering to get one, if it’s in stock.
