An update on the pre-order , several of the participanting retailers like CKmultimedia already got all of their preorder slots fully booked before the preorder event can go live .


Tomorrow when their put up a form or something , it is mostly be just for show .

Expect a number of PS5 on shopee for like RM3000 or RM4000 on 12/12 .

For me I prefer to pre order from Sony store online. Just not sure they will deliver to me or I have to go collect myself?

The stocks will be limited yes but there are also a large amount of opportunity seekers and scalpers in this part of the world .

Some of us have to work , some are being limited by travelling distance and lock down from certain area .
It is unfortunate to say , most of the available stocks will probably end up on the hands of these people instead of gamers who actually want to buy a PS5 to play .



Most gamers in MY are actually fairly rational , not the type who give in to price hijacker .

And if scalpers aren't enough , many of the retailers themselves are also looking to exploit your wallet .

Based on last time 2013 PS4 launch?

I ordered from Sony Store online and get it on Day 1 8am by Gdex (They mentioned Sony deliver it early to them so buyer can get it on same day launch)
They later apologize to me cause they shouldnt call me so early as the effective time is not 8am but i already drive to there self pick XD

Note: I'm in East Malaysia somemore

Not sure this time PS5 how though but i'm really shocked when Gdex called such early.
