I used wallets including coupons/rebate from previous purchase + the live thingy to buy stuffs from one seller. Some of the items r defective which seller agreed to refund, everything was completed as I got the refund etc. However, I noticed once the $$$ refunded to my wallet, those coupons I used to make purchase are expired which I suspect because of the refund. Is there anything Lazada could do about it?

becareful when buying from china, kena few times already. buy 1 pack that contains 50 small plugs, missing few from the package. another one, order 6 items and got charged for 6 items, but found out only 5 items is in the package, try to contact the seller and kena tai-chi for 1 whole month, says they send the correct amount. really, wtf from china seller. already send them all the prove photos and invoice and still kena tai-chi not their problem. not honest seller.

Happened to me yesterday..chat with CS, pusing2 said not from the refund of cancelled order..

Seems like once refunded, then the expired date take effect immediately, even u used it before...

I know, now really regret and it wasn't like I wanted to return the items but defective items sent to me and no reason to keep them.


Tried chatting with CS, the CS purposely ignored and left the chat. Asked for my name at the beginning which I already told her then I went on with my story. Then suddenly this CS asked for my name again! So I screenshot my reply and told her I already gave her my name!

Then she asked for order no, shipping no, shipping details and before I could reply she was gone after asking 'are we still connected' - certainly connected la I'm using Wi-Fi okay.. Now have to find another CS, not in d mood to do so yet.

How's yours? Any updates?
