even saving 10-15% or free shipping is nice.

Possible reason is they blocked your Credit Card or block your account from using voucher/rebates.
U can try to use different method to topup wallet, or use a different account on a different device

all method already tried, I even create a new account and pay money from bank account also cannot.

Hey, guys... when Lazada has COD terms, can I actually check or test the product before paying?

The Lazada courier guys told me they won't let you even open the box to check. Because if it's rejected, they themselves have to bear the cost.

Not sure whether this is true or just some excuse to avoid more paperwork and hassle.
