Hi. does anyone knows why my B618 modem mode is showing red and cannot connect to the internet? my contract has already ended but i am still paying monthly subscription fee. just that now i moved the B618 from my residence in subang jaya to ipoh now. my smartphone on celcom at same place in ipoh got no problem connecting to the internet.

Nope it’s unlocked, I have asked the sales person in store. While stock last as I saw they are replacing the B618 with zte 268c soon.

Already locked long time ago, better clarify further. If it works with other telcos SIMs, you can easily sell it off later.

Call Celcom, ask them to reset/change your location, you may need to provide your Ipoh address so they can lock it to the telco towers there. You can only do this once/twice per year. Hope you are not going back to Subang Jaya or else where very soon.

I have Celcom Wireless Broadband RM 100 package with Huawei B618-22d Router. Every month early finish internet but Video Walla still have many Gigs left, then will have problem load YouTube. I'm thinking get a Celcom Xpax Unlimited prepaid Sim card use with the B618. Is my lock router support? Many thanks.

It will utilize hotspot quota, unless you mod the b618. But talk bout modding in this thread not allowed so try search in fb. Plus latest v81 is not possible to do so.
