i've tried one way to lose my arms too..but duno really can works for you all or not..
You just need to form a 90 degree angle with you arm and facing together .. you can do it anytime..this really works for me .. you can try too ^^

i lose my weight about 10kg in 2 months.but need more discipline on food intake and exercise...i running on track and take my dinner at 6pm...it is a good practice in taking meals at that time-because your stomach need plenty time for digestion...lunch-i used to eat bread, milk and fruits...dinner time- i eat yong tau foo-add more on veggie less on meat....i am not a meat type as the fat of meat is more than chicken...if u exercise, it is ok for you to take meat as supplement to your losses during exercise...more important-drink more water, plain water and reduce the all high sugar's drink..to maintain the healthy skin, drink more soya...it is good...i do apply slimming cream-last time i use Mcwell slimming cream and it is good (highly recommend)...hehe...i apply it morning and evening-during exercise..it burn your fat...first you may feel dizzy due to the toxic all gone but after a few weeks-you'll be okay...now, i am going to target 5kg less...ehehheh.... thumbup.gif

i used to have low metabolism before this..how do i know?well i eat small amount of meal everytime,less sugar,less fat,more plain water etc but i still gain weight..so my doctor advise me to do take supplement cz she thinks im fat but i dun hv enuf of the everyday minerals and vitamins that leads me to fall sick a lot of time this year alone..before i take the vitamin supplement,i do detox first as per advise by the doctor..the reason y she asked me to do detox first is because our intestine may be filled with all those unwanted toxics that block away all the gud nutrients to be suck out of our intestine to be use by our body..i dun really know how to explain in biological terms but i hope u guys gt wut i meant..

anyways,i do detox with kinohimitsu peppermint tea and drink a lot of water for a week..if u only take the tea and u dun drink a lot of water,it wont work..cz water is a substance that will make ur body get rid of anything bad easily..and all the gud things absorb to ur body better..i really feel healthier jz by doing the detox alone..then after that i take my vitamin supplement and eat and exercise as usual..to my surprise,i lost almost 10kg in a month..and i haven't fall sick since then..now i hv my ideal weight of 42kg cz im only 148cm high..i feel gud..now i eat small potion but frequent..i do cardiovascular exercise each everyday so dat i wont get bored..i do skipping.cycling,swimming,jogging,play badminton.. smile.gif

Hi i also have a very low metabolism and find very hard to loose weight although ive tried many ways. Many of my friends recommended the kinohimitsu tea to detox... well wana ask u wat vitamin supplements u had after the detox?

My sister can lost 3 KG in a month.

What she did is never eat rice in that month, at least exercise half hour a day.

Just that all and she did. Not so tough!

Exercise is the best way. There are also some simple products to help you exercise. If still cannot, go to Slimming Center.

For leg go gym is better...
If u apply slimming cream,it may works but its not permanent..
After U can slim down ur leg,go to build muscles(not over yah).
If got muscles,ur leg wont easily get fat..The opinion is from slimming centre..

i did lost 2.5kg in 10 days after i have drink the siy product. this product is highly recommended cuz my sis also lose weight after she took this prunes juices. i can clearly see her waist, arm and chin is skinner than before.anyone interested and wanna know more about the siy product can pm me..

anyway, i believe exercise is very important and must drink more plain water because it increase our metabolism rate.

we will be doing this as routine:-

morning-sandwiches/nasi lemak(small portion of rice and lot of "lauk")anything that heavy(but before u start eating those u must start to eat fruits or drink juice that will help the fat to not stick to ur tummy wall.

noon-rice/sandwich dont eat candy ,choclate,and puding that will help growth of fat.(plain water and juices is fine)

night- light food recomended or at least eat before 7.30pm.

or mix and match the best for ur time.
make sure u eat.diet is not about starving but is about how much u taking the amout of ur food portion.
