Hi, i am new here. smile.gif Anyways I am not sure how well this works but i managed to loose 1.5kg within a week using this kimchi slimming gel sold in most guardian outlets. You are suppose to apply it to the troubled area. And when i ask my friend she said she can see i did loose some weight. The only thing is one bottle isnt that big so if you are applying it on ur entire body then it finishes pretty fast. But i still think exercising is still the best solution. Unless you are desperate to loose that weight within a short period of time like me tongue.gif

u need to understand ur body very well. not all methods work but if u try to combine few methods, you will see the results.
but 158 cm /47 kg is not overweight la. slim is generally beautiful but looking fit and healthy is more beautiful and sexy!
