first time use of course will be more cautious. I am lucky cause my card linked to Socar is all time SMS alert, all transaction will have sms in. Just imagine if no sms and diam diam charged, need wait till next statement already over 30 days dispute period.
Dispute from bank must be taken asap, merchant can claim the floating amount within 6 days. Bank dispute only fill up a form and provide proof.
KPDNKK more easy, walk in fill form pay RM5 wait for notice to go tribunal court.
