Did anyone manage to unlink their credit card and deactivate their account afterward? I don't want to use this service anymore after got scam by them. Really terrible service.

Did anyone manage to unlink their credit card and deactivate their account afterward? I don't want to use this service anymore after got scam by them. Really terrible service.

Is there a way that everyone of us can lodge a report for the authority to take action against them? Unable to unlink own credit card itself is already abusing the customer rights!

It seems it's quite a norm where people get cheated by this Socar after I dig around online. But why nobody is really taking action against them.
