In some place that have weak 4G connection, connection will change between 2G & 4G.

On other android phone by using *#*#4636#*#* , you can force connection to 4G only but seem like Kirin Processer not supported this feature.

Im on impression these codes only work on older phone and not newer versions.

Maybe others can advise

I think you need to use it for a few days so the battery can synchronize with your usage. After all, you just change the battery.

Do read again. Think you not understand what Zeroxhunter tried to explain.

I'll rephrase again. Because your battery is NEW (you already change to a new battery, so it's considering new), therefore it needs to be used a few times so it can familiar with your usage.

Just like you buy a new phone, single-day usage won't determine your sot for incoming years. Maybe that day your sot only got 3hr (a day after you bought the phone), if using, let's say a week, your sot may be optimum enough to determine your usage. That day, your sot might be 16hr (7-8 days after you bought the phone).

My mate 20 screen break for second time even with tpu and screen protector, sigh. Last time wasted rm600+ to change screen, not gonna change again this time. I guess gorilla glass a lot of different? Dropped mate 9 pro a lot before but screen still perfect.

Anyone can recommend a new phone? Looking at mi 11 lite 5g ne and samsung a52s but quality seems doesn't on par with huawei. Prefer something with gorilla glass, lcd/led, below 180g, snapdragon, light gaming..

Thanks for comment bro.

Using 2 sim cards 2 whatsapp 2 fb and 2 messenger in this mate 20 pro (new battery).
Wifi and data Internet off from 11.27pm until 6.28am, total 7 hours. Battery drop from 40% to 34% = 6% drop.

Still waiting for the best sot but then everyday about 4-5 hours sot only so far.
Previously my mate 20 can last 6 hours above.

Yes some complaints on the battery because its new but not lasting. Overall I very enjoy using pro rather than the regular mate 20. Pro feel more comfortable when holding.

From spec wise I see xiaomi have some advantages, never touch on it. Tried a52s in store, actually feel so premium too.
Had some bad experience with xiaomi, if between these 2 phones, I will choose Samsung a52s. Just my own thought.

Ending up just replaced new battery at Service Center.
Thumb Up for SC for quick action,
All done within one hour!

Lucky still managed to boot in eRocovery mode and backup my data,
Else really headache coz get used to it and totally forgot to do necessary back-up regularly..

Done a format after backup and reinstalled all the apps..
Painful wei..

I actually wanted to get Honor 50 with Maxis as Plan B,
Just so happen postpaid plan expired and eligibility,
RM799 only..
But paying RM99 still more wise choice, LOL

Not sure whether due to dual sim dual whatsapp, dual fb and messenger. Just if new battery, I expect min 5 or 6 hours with some balance juice. But I think difficult to achieve.

Tested 100% Telco connection yesterday at outside and this is the new battery performance :
(Battery charged at 95% before going out and still left 21% before plug into charger again)

Attached Image

I'm quite happy with the new battery. nod.gif

Don't let the battery drop too low especially below 40%.
