Make sure your huawei vip app is installed from Google Play Store. Once you open the VIP app, the keyboard panel sure there.

I didn't use NM card. Well saw pple complaint of it. For me, all depend on what your intention. If you wanna install app on NM card (most complaint on this), then forget it. If keep files download from web, then should be ok.

Sim Card change usually free if you go direct to Telco own customer service center, else will be charge RM10 per card.
