he is using postpaid. postpaid’s seems to have expiry.

I've just got 8gb compliments data today automatically, no manual claim. They just gave 8gb out of nowhere. No validity written. I'm on old bebas prepaid

this line came with unifi SWU 4.0, i’ve tried but totally unusable at my frequent visit location 🙈
well…at least the free data it’s given without any extra effort lol

I'm on old bebas
Everything on my end shows it's free data without expiry
So it's a free gift worth rm18 from unifi

It adds into total data didn’t show any expiry I am on bebas

If you click on My Service, it will show Valid For : N/A which seems to indicate it has no expiry.

my feeling is that after tomorrow their interns will resume work and start deleting the allocated free data. remember how they deleted the free 20gb when it was supposed to be valid forever? 😅

this time they have tnc to support them.

My missing 10GB includes one 8GB high speed data plan that I purchased 2 years ago, unused… Does that TnC also mention data expiry of 2 years…?

I think they are not purposely delete. Its data lose due to upgrade server or migrate system.
My data also lost that time.

Bebas 10 plan is the best

How did you resolve the issue...?

My other problem is also that they cannot identify my account as belonging to Bebas... only stated Mobile Unifi...

i was referring to the free raya data. the tnc says valid for 24 hours so they have the rights to delete after that.

not sure about the tnc for purchased data. reach out to customer service asap and escalate to mcmc if necessary.

Is bebas 10 plan different from mobile unifi? I got mine when unifi mobile launched many years ago, I check now the plan name is "unifi mobile"
