crap... forgot to reload one of my unifi bebas number and it got terminated. is it still can be saved?

most likely will require switch to postpaid if want get back same number. different telco have different terms & conditions too

Want to ask those who have upgraded to Wow5G.

If the 2 months grace period is almost over, and you buy 1/- for 3 days validity, will this also reset the grace period to 2 months ?

Grace period wow follow digi and maxis if top up 30 days u get 30 days

My Digi Prepaid Live, when 3 months grace period about to expire, I just buy 1 day (1/-) validity, and my grace period becomes 3 mths again.

They renamed the unifi mobile app? Just got a spam sms from them yesterday, thought its their usual spam asking me to migrate to wow but it mentioned "uniVerse" thing. Now my unifi mobile app also renamed to unifi uniVerse. Got logged out too need to relogin again.

We have WiFi so this for people that stingy like hell live in a jungle area with no WiFi coverage for city itโ€™s useless

Has anyone lost data plans or quotas after switching to Unifi Universe app...?

I've lost over 10GB on my Bebas Prepaid after unknowingly updated to the Universe app... My 2x 8GB High Speed data plan wiped clean. This is despite having switched on Airplane mode on my iPad for the last few weeks...
