Your area must be congested or something wrong.
Connection in my area is normal.

I'm using unlimited plan (from old time webe)
How about you?
And what's your average speed?

So far the unifi mobile works quite well for me in JB. In fact I find that it has better coverage than my primary’s Digi. Not sure if it’s because the user base is low and hence better performance or it has better capacity.
However it is sucks as sometimes it will stick to 3G forever, even though the 4G signal is strong enough to be used.

May i know what's your average speed that you usually get?
Using unlimited plan also?

Unifi mobile POSTPAID for RM99/month, you get unlimited data (only phone), and unlimited CALL.

Unifi mobile PREPAID for RM20/week, you get unlimited data (hotspot-able). NO CALL OR SMS.

Cheaper or not, it depends on your usage.

Of course, there's a cheaper option if you are lucky.
Digi PREPAID for RM1/day unlimited data (hotspot-able) but capped at 3mbps.

If you still want cheaper than this, then you start one ISP unlimited for RM10/month. Many people will support you. smile.gif

Is this MY set ?

Normally unlocked set can activate without SIM card(requires iOS 11+)- iPhone XR comes preloaded with iOS 12+

Update

Did a few speedtest on my phone , it went back to 7-8mbps.

But Netflix on my Samsung TV connected to router WiFi (hotspot) still can't get above 2 Mbps.

Subsequently did some switching to my 2nd Unifi sim on my phone , turn off WiFi, then switch back on wifi, somehow Tv Netflix seem to have returned to 6.88 Mbps. Acceptable.

Man TM should just do away the 3G/4G data allocation bullsh**. It's damn irritating that it keeps switching between 3G and 4G and sometimes it just sticks with 3G for no reason

i just got my unifi prepaid sim for free, i think this is the most value for money prepaid at the moment, no expiry as long as you keep it active, good to have it as a spare or standby line in case your main line has no coverage, it's celcom line and has good coverage, certainly better than digi or tunetalk in terms of coverage
