Are you sure? I can't test until I get home tonight. But be careful, you might be using the balance of your free data or hispeed data you might have purchased before.

Yes, both side phone must support VoLTE,

If you have Unifi Fibre connection at home then you can try calling your home phone number to test VoLTE. The call will go through fast and the call clarity is clear.

Thanks again, I've few questions:

1) what's is vowifi?
2) why my "status bar" of my phone still not showing any volte icon? I've turn the volte icon on in the "icon manager" setting
3) I've checked that volte option is available in the "enhance communication". It can be tick to turn on, is this means I already done the volte setting?
If yes, why cannot see any "volte icon" in the status bar?

1. VoWiFi a.k.a. WiFi Calling allows you to make and receive calls over WiFi, letting you stay connected even when there is limited network coverage or none at all.
2. Have you rebooted your phone.
3. If you tick to enable, then it means VoLTE is on.

I am also not sure now, because right now I am using different phone model.

Maybe Android OS update changed something, or Unifi mobile stopped supporting specific devices 🤔

Now my phone, Vivo V11 is running Android Pie (9). So far the OS is running stable without any hiccups.
