Your area must be congested or something wrong.
Connection in my area is normal.

I'm using unlimited plan (from old time webe)
How about you?
And what's your average speed?

QUOTE(Hummingbird @ Jun 30 2019, 09:52 AM)
So far the unifi mobile works quite well for me in JB. In fact I find that it has better coverage than my primary’s Digi. Not sure if it’s because the user base is low and hence better performance or it has better capacity.
However it is sucks as sometimes it will stick to 3G forever, even though the 4G signal is strong enough to be used.
*
May i know what's your average speed that you usually get?
Using unlimited plan also?

I'm using unifi mobile prepaid BEBAS unlimited weekly for RM20.
The speed I get is 7+Mbps for DL and UL.
*
The bebas is cheaper than monthly unlimited?
I was getting 1.5mbps for dl and 7mbps for upload

Are you sure? I can't test until I get home tonight. But be careful, you might be using the balance of your free data or hispeed data you might have purchased before.

Is the phone on the other side support VoLTE?

Volte can only works (which means my internet retain as 4G) if the device that received my call is supported volte?

Which means both phone also gonna support volte? (Caller and receiver)

Yes, both side phone must support VoLTE,

If you have Unifi Fibre connection at home then you can try calling your home phone number to test VoLTE. The call will go through fast and the call clarity is clear.

Thanks again, I've few questions:

1) what's is vowifi?
2) why my "status bar" of my phone still not showing any volte icon? I've turn the volte icon on in the "icon manager" setting
3) I've checked that volte option is available in the "enhance communication". It can be tick to turn on, is this means I already done the volte setting?
If yes, why cannot see any "volte icon" in the status bar?

1. VoWiFi a.k.a. WiFi Calling allows you to make and receive calls over WiFi, letting you stay connected even when there is limited network coverage or none at all.
2. Have you rebooted your phone.
3. If you tick to enable, then it means VoLTE is on.
*
I've reboot my phone and tick both of volte and vowifi.
But still no icon showing in the status bar..

I am also not sure now, because right now I am using different phone model.

Maybe Android OS update changed something, or Unifi mobile stopped supporting specific devices 🤔
*
Sad to hear that..
Which phone you're using that can support volte?

Do you mind to share the apn settings of your phone?
I think tm tweak something with the son so unsupported device all cannot using volte.

Hopefully, unifi mobile will include back one plus devices for VoLTE.

They disabled most of Samsung (s10+) and iPhone (xs max) as well...
I was surprised vivo was included.
I think they won't entertiant to include one plus.
If I'm not wrong 1+7 also cannot voltenwith unifi
