Is the celcom 4G available for unifi mobile users ? Tried manually connecting but it doesn’t work, coverage (if left on auto ) seems to be the same
Do I need to re enter the apn settings, if so is it possible to share the settings? Current apn settings ![]() This post has been edited by yongtjunkit: Apr 8 2019, 05:02 PM |

QUOTE(fms21 @ Apr 11 2019, 11:50 AM) I don’t see any mention about it on their website, wonder if the CS says only unifi LTE infra, would that fall under false advertising because celcom 4G is also LTE?This post has been edited by yongtjunkit: Apr 11 2019, 01:21 PM |

QUOTE(fms21 @ Apr 11 2019, 02:34 PM) because when they refer Celcom infra, they will use word 3G/LTE.. I think better u ask CS about this.. yes bro..but usage of data also depends on infra being used.. some more, people like to use Celcom infra for stability and speed..Unifi infra can reach only 10mbps-25mbps..Celcom much more higher..maybe up to 100mbps and more stable than Unifi infra.. ![]() Here’s the response I got from unifi mobile CS Using it as second sim too, only use it when primary sim data ran out ( which is now ) This post has been edited by yongtjunkit: Apr 11 2019, 02:45 PM |

QUOTE(akira2001 @ Jan 14 2020, 10:38 AM) I ex-Celcom 4G user. During night period, the line is totally rubbish at my area. Even sending whatsapp or wechat is not so easy. That sound's like false advertising already to me That's why I switch to Unifi, it run decent at night. The issue is I have is I have asked them many times is there any speed cap and at how much will the cap started after certain data usage. They insist on saying no. So if they insist on that statement then they will have to explain why the speed difference. I am okay if anything said out-front clearly or when I asked them. I almost want to change my phone due to the slow speed thinking it might be due to my phone issue as it lack of band 38 support. But I know there will be a catch if got unlimited data + unlimited hotspot |
