I live chat with them , just before you (3rd time in a day). even argued with them, but till now still no sign.

In the meantime I dig up my old Digi Live prepaid (kept in grace period) and reactivated it by 1 day validity (1/- only). Then bought 1 day unlimited for  another 1/- (capped 3mbps).

I was surprised I could stream this morning 3am  Champions League match .without buffering.

Maybe I might revert back to Digi infinite 100 postpaid (10 Mbps)  and ditch this stupid scam Unifi.

The SIM comes with 3GB LTE, 100mb 3G data ONLY.
RM20.60 with postage + reload RM30 = FREE 30 days.
It's worth it, and mind you, the RM30 top up is still there and be used for weekly after 30 days expired.
So, it's actually costing RM20.60.

Oh, that means after reload RM30, free LTE unlimited quota..

halo, i am using unifi mobile band 5 in my area, can unifi AIR support band 5? no 38 and 40 in my area.tanks alot

just to info that my unifi mobile with bebas plan now start have problem with band 38 and 40. if connected to TDD, speed too slow within 300kbps. but when connect to band 5, got speed up to 4-5mbps. during congestion, connection with band 5 will go 1-2mbps.

is it only my area or other area also have problem like my area?

just take my unifi air simcard and test just now at my huawei E5573Cs-609. i have agree with @budi1413 that unifi air really connected with band 5. but speed i can get max 5Mbps. with band 40 that quite weak here still can get 15Mbps. so, i guess it really worth to change from unifi mobile with unlimited plan to unifi air.

yes correct. i have try back unifi mobile simcard on the same modem, place at the same location. speed for band 5 up to 5Mbps. and band 38/40 up to 4Mbps. hardly to stream netflix to 1080p.

then change back to unifi air simcard, easy 20Mbps. sometimes able to get 40Mbps. now can stream netflix with 4K.

yes, avg 7mbs on band5 and avg 20mbs on band 38/40 but according to their CS, they will die2 said no cap, just dont trust them

the only uncapped time is free data after registration.

is this prepaid or postpaid? applied to heavy user after 50gb usage for applied to all user?

I am using Prepaid Unifi Mobile.
Only 100MB 3G/LTE
How about Postpaid Unlimited RM59 plan?
