Did anyone experience their unifi mobile to dropped from LTE to 3G signal now?

Location: klang

Normally i would get 2 bars of LTE on my ipad pro.
Very rare to get 3G but with full bars.
Get average of 2mbps DL & 4 mbps UL now. sad.gif

Damn i need the LTE to do hotspot. bangwall.gif

What device are you using?

I restarted my ipad pro and all is good now. Can get LTE back.

Perhaps you should try restarting your device?

Please do NOT mislead people. NOT ALL unlocked will work with UNIFI MOBILE, because unifi mobile uses only LTE band 5, 38, & 40 for its 4G network. Hence, any modem doesn't support those LTE band would be useless.

using their unifi bebas free plan right now, starting i get ~7mbps, after some usage they throttle it to below 1mbps

That's terrible, mind if you share your type of device?
The problem in my area is that, band 5 will produce upload speed around 1mbps but band 40 will get 0.2-0.3mbps. that's unusual as the speedtest was done around 3-4am.

I hope tm will.fix this soon

I think you need to escalate the problem to tm.
Unusual speed 20mbps down with 1mbps up.

Maybe carrier aggregation mess your speed. I hope you have another device that can be used to test the connection.

I'm having problem with their service for the past two weeks.

Even on 4G/4G+ still have trouble with the speed while browsing and streaming.
