I was wondering if you guys can get upload speed HIGHER than 1 mbps?
Mine is only hovering on 0.5mbps or lower. But my DL speed is 20mbps! It would take AGES for me to upload my office works to cloud  Or it is dependant on location? Fyi, i even tried on different times. 2am, 7am, 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 8pm, 10pm, ALL having below 1 mbps UL speed.  I am using unifi mobile RM79 package. |

Did anyone experience their unifi mobile to dropped from LTE to 3G signal now?
Location: klang Normally i would get 2 bars of LTE on my ipad pro. Very rare to get 3G but with full bars. Get average of 2mbps DL & 4 mbps UL now. Damn i need the LTE to do hotspot.  |

Oh shit my mobile unifi bebas prepaid got terminated due to i forgot to topup for 3 months.
Any idea how to re-activate it back? And is RM35 bebas unlimited LTE still continues? |

I received an email from unifi mobile saying that my line is being put on hold. Also, it says that my request for line suspension has been approved and the line will be suspended beginning today.
Like WTF? I never made such request before.  Sent compaint thru the support online form. Waiting from TM’s feedback. You guys got experienced this before? Or is it to due to i am using a 4G mobile router? Been using for almost 3 months plus now though  Mine is the unifi mobile using the BEBAS unlimited 4G prepaid |

My BEBAS bought in 11 Sep suddenly lost in the main balance page.
I bought the RM35 LTE unlimited monthly. Should expire by 10 october. Why it’s gone? Anybody of you experienced this too? Like WTF TM??  |
