we need to keep the sim active every 80 days? I thought it was 90 days before this?

For the plan 1gb 3g/lte + 1gb lte. If let's say I finish up 1gb on 3g, and let's say no lte signal, I can only use 3g, will the internet be cut off? Since the other 1gb is for lte only

Regarding the RM0 bebas weekly , if I redeemed it, will my data usage consume from this freebies or the free 20GB data starter pack.

Guys. I've been having problem if reload with CC since few months ago. If try to reload using CC, it will just say reload failed. We are still processing your request. However no issue with online banking. Any advise?

Hey guys, to keep my line active, I need to make a usage once every 90 days, does this usage include the free data when we first got the sim card? Or only call?

Hey guys. U know currently there's the free 1GB daily redemption (not the jaringan prihatin). So if I claim the jaringan prihatin daily 1GB, can I still claim the free daily 1GB offer?

Need help. I trying to buy 60 mins call but I get error message "purchased failed, you may subscribe only one BEBAS (unlimited) add on at one time."

What does this even mean? I want to buy calls not data

I have multiple sim card that still have the free data and calls from the day when they first launch. Those sim card still have the 10GB and 20GB quota, after logging in to the new app it shows 0.

previously this was how I keep the sim active, really disappointed TM would do this

does incoming call consider as usage to keep my line active?

I don't think complaining to them works, they already aware and mention that it will be forfeited, means they are not gonna do anything, only way is to complain to higher up which is MCMC, or gobind/fahmi. Maybe bring this to the attention to lowyat and soyacincau editioral, but I don't think they will write anything as Unifi might be their client.
