Now weird thing on 60 mins complimentary pass. Received SMS and app's history show 60 mins credited to account BUT nothing is updated on dashboard .. still the old balance

Live chat with them, the agent said as per checking the balance is 60 mins more than shown on dashboard.

There is no way to add screenshot to live chat so I guess need to go to TM point

me too. the liver chat cs ask to reboot the phone, i said why need to reboot my phone, it your system didnt update my total minute. then she said that up to sir if u dont want to reboot, it your problem.

i said if i reboot then what if still no add. then after reboot my minute still the same.

how to escalate this?

I suggest you not to go TMPoint for unifi Prepaid case,
the TM staff will tell you the only thing they can do, is to submit a ticket case for you,
which as same as you submit via live chat.

I do think all of us didn't receive the 60 mins complimentary pass.
I don't get it too.

They update their pass from 60min+60SMS/RM10 into 60min/RM7 recently.

This is their techical issue, keep talking with their front-line customer service is only wasting your time.

When you're being provided these stupid answers,
simply close the live chat and look for a new agent.

Their customer service used to provide me stupid/wrongly information or haughty attitude,

I went to TM point in Setapak (near to my area) twice for last two cases. The problem was solved within the day I went there. That's why I don't trust unifi mobile promo anymore, it's a hassle to get them to commit what they promised.

Not yet ask my sister to make calls to see any deduction to current balance shown on dashboard. Live chat CS confirmed in their system the call minutes available is more than what is shown on the dashboard.

I think all of us who bought the comms pass have the same problem.

Can you try make a call and see any deduction on your current balance ?
Maybe the complimentary is not reflected on dashboard. When you finish the quota you'll receive SMS to inform you already utilise all the 60 mins comp.

Edit : already tried with a call .. the minute was deducted from current balance. It's really an issue at TM side.

I got these answers from live chat CS ..

The free minutes is not shown on dashboard, only in their system.

Then asked this means we need to utilise all paid minutes until 0 on dashboard then only call will use free minutes. To check balance, we have to live chat eveytime after a call is made ? This is her answer.

Unifi has screw ups here and there. That time when I ordered a few sim cards all at the same time, all except 1 worked (tried all the sim cards on both my phones). The 1 that didn't work says that the phone # is not recognized. bangwall.gif Tried time and time again until a few days later it finally worked. I didn't contact unifi for this problem, so am not sure how come suddenly it can work. And before anyone asked, I did key in the correct #. The staff wrote my # on all the envelopes and I double, triped, quadupled check the #

not longer included in addon. that is why the price is rm7 for 60 minutes. sms now is PAYU. rm0.10 per sms

reasonable answer from from your cs. at least the understood ur question and answer properly.

so it their system problem or the app buggy need to fix and update

my cs answer is stupid. aks ne to reboot phone. it not iike i setting stremyx router. if she said restart app or reinstall still reasonabl. that why i hate with female cs or any cs with no brain
