I do think all of us didn't receive the 60 mins complimentary pass.
I don't get it too.

They update their pass from 60min+60SMS/RM10 into 60min/RM7 recently.

This is their techical issue, keep talking with their front-line customer service is only wasting your time.

not longer included in addon. that is why the price is rm7 for 60 minutes. sms now is PAYU. rm0.10 per sms

Don't know just me or it is a known issue.but you probably wanna check APN setting, mine just suddenly disappear, have to set a new one.
This happened 2 days ago and I'm using modem.

Just received my nice number unifi prepaid sim. They've fixed the annoying face scan error on the unifi app so no more constantly clearing the app data to hopefully make it works, now it works every time.

But using unifi again made me remembered why i ported my main from them in the first place, horrible network outside of big city. While my house is indeed on the blindspot, at least other telco got 1-2 bar signal or have vowifi to atleast be able to receive call or sms. With unifi its like 99% no signal sos call only. Everything involve receiving sms tac is a battle trying to get signal.

I think i'll port this number to digi.
