Unifi mobile app traps you inside. Cannot exit via back button. Can only move forward. I had to uninstall to exit. Anyone can advise how to exit?

Double tap back button to exit or tap recent apps button and swipe to remove from recent apps screen (on android device).

You must have a AC power socket can bring it everywhere..
Unless your powerbank can modify for it.

just now Unifi staff come to our office,
sales Unifi mobile,
Cost is RM59 per month (not yet include SST he say), then unlimited call, SMS and Data.

Does it really that good, i wanna ask?
Like compare to Maxis line, is the coverage same like Maxis? Dun later i go somewhere, no line there.

And also, there is limit for hotspot?

It only good if your place on their 4G coverage...

here's some weird facts after I use unifi mobile (formerly known as webe) for 1 week


youtube capped at 720p

telegram capped at 3Mbps

downloading file off google drive, using app capped at 3Mbps but if you use browser.. no cap.

after you hit 30gb quota on that month..they capped your speed @5Mbps but if you open speedtest..it will show around 15Mbps

My Unifi mobile suddenly no more internet. I just bought 7 days unlimited yesterday. I am using onexox to post this. Anyone else having problems with Unifi ?

Today I bought the #Bebas 1 day (24 hrs) package. The speed test for download is only 0.5Mbps. I used to get 20-50Mbps. This package must use LTE. I think after TM launch their "Big" event yesterday, the LTE cannot handle the traffics.

My location is Kota Damansara. Chatted with support and they asked me to test back after 24 hrs. But after 24 hrs my package also due already.

This is the problem with TM. Always launch something and it break something else. To be safe, better take their new package after 6 months (for them to clean the problem).

I was riding on band 5 today is rather unstable going below 1Mbps. I switched to band 40 to hover at least 5Mbps.

Right now I'm in section 10 Wangsa Maju I can't use my data (7.56gb available) call sms no issue - swapped sim tray and swapped phone also the same - I hope unifi won't be like DG
