Check your transactions, these few weeks they are rebalancing portfolios because of hugh allocation % errors resulted from asset prices fluctuating.

So they sell the overperforming assets and buy the underperforming ones. Monday sell, Tuesday buy, between that they hold in cash for now.

Later in the evening you should see a buy order in your transactions.
*
Can't sell overperforming assets if they are all underperforming lol.

Maybe they're selling because the valuation has exceeded the max weightage for that particular asset (ETF).

Ah that makes sense!
Thanks!

I just started investing with StashAway 2 weeks ago and I'm seeing a a slight return already, very interesting.

16% Risk profile sees a TWR +4.9%; MWR +10.25%
22% Risk profile sees a TWR +8.28%; MWR +10.20%

You started when the market was down...so you likely to see positive returns faster than others

Next he has to do it by the hour.

Is that why we have to wait 3-5 days for one deposit? lol...

Hahaha, it actually quiet down for some time but the recent reoptimization seems to have tipped some people the wrong way.

All sifus here, wanna ask one q

How hard for one to buy ETFs on our own that replicate SA portfolio. For example, just put in RM100 in SA. and then replicate the asset allocation. Buy ETFs thru own broker and then each time SA reoptimize, i adjust accordingly. This way, can save the 0.8% management fee.
*
Think the fees for foreign shares and transfers are pretty high. Also you will actually need to keep monitoring.

How long SAMY take to buy the MMF? Asking so I can time my deposit weekly.

Also now the processing quite slow. I deposit Saturday night, until now still processing, not even execute buy order for my portfolio. Taking their sweet time 2-3 business days I guess? lol
*
Took about 3 days

Damn slow SA withdraw funds. Submit on 22nd until now haven't withdraw yet. My profit dropped almost 30% from 22nd until now. Contacted SA they say due to insufficient withdrawal from DRB portfolios, hence it did not meet the minimum amount to send out from broker Saxo for GBP.

What the hell....
*
Means you withdraw almost your entire portfolio but leaving just a small amount inside?
Cannot avoid the decreased profit but can avoid the withdrawal rejection by withdrawing the entire portfolio instead of a sum.
Just create a new same portfolio for deposit later.

i thought he mentioned this in earlier posting
"Contacted SA they say due to insufficient withdrawal from DRB portfolios, hence it did not meet the minimum amount to send out from broker Saxo for GBP."
*
Which doesnt make sense right? full withdrawal means you withdraw whatever is in the portfolio regardless of what the value is when the instruction to sell reaches the broker. so how can it be insufficient? If he said partial withdrawal then understandable but he said he did a full withdrawal.

Similar to mine. I had 2 referrals, the 2nd referral promo was added about 1.5 months after the first one, and they run concurrently. So in the end i got about 7.5 months from 2 referrals.
*
For the overlapping period of the 2 referral promotions, the amount invested with free management fee should be stacked right? or does it take the higher amount only?
