I don't aware that recurring deposit can be done like this

u only can set date , not day (sunday).....

normally i use recurring deposit

i go my banking account set the SI (standing instruction )....

Probably repeat to set the one-time deposit
Weekly (Sunday) deposit on weekly dca basis
Thats why i asking, which 'day' will be better to set up the dca (Fri, Sat, Sun?)

For me, I will avoid weekend knowing it will only be process on next working day. Furthermore you will lose the interest from your saving account for nothing if yours is high interest account.

So probably Monday is probably 'better' then Sunday
What im thinking is, direct debit instruction made on Sunday, then during the working day (Monday), SA will proceed and proceed buy order and etc

bcoz my SI will execute early morning (normally around 8am), by 11am or 5pm SAMY will receive n execute the conversion process during night time (US working day)

Monday FX rate if opens higher then conversion rate less

Sunday still depends on the week before FX rate

But the difference only will be seen for those investing more than RM4000 hence those with smaller will gain or loss due to FX mini rounding

For Example 4 Jan FX rate after minus 0.1% conversion 0.2496
5 Jan 0.25
14 Jan 0.2475

For those small micro saver as it is good for the sharks who are paying less in management fees

I dont mind if they split the gold & allocate a little bit into btc, we all know well btc performed over the past decade. Or maybe include it in a special portfolio like you said for ppl who are comfortable with crypto.
