i kena :

1. ATM witdrawal ---all x3 semua tak ada ---- but i do get the cash out ----for the purpose of MAE campaign
2. reload prepaid mobile --- wasted my $$$ , i rather use other way to reload and earn some points etc


now , i just leave the peanut RM20+ in MAE ....

I wonder did the Maybank MAE app's QA team really do these kind of tests internally before releasing to the public...

It's like sometimes can, sometimes cannot. Certain months can, certain months cannot. And this isn't something new.... It has been happening for many months already, and I thought it's only me... shakehead.gif

Today i try tranasfer okie. got 1/5, 2/5, 3/5 now.
Just transfer to paid own card no up. (last time can)

MAE this campaign how long already? been 6month?
No hear any winner yet?

all in all, it's just naive to move from the near perfect M2U apps to this so called MAE.

i will be like #**@#$*&(* every single time i using MAE apps, everything seemed not right.

everything keep loading even for 1 page, and the UI is not user friendly at all with many clicks just to see the transaction history.
plus any fund transfer force you to input min how many character of transaction ref and the selection of account transfer from logic is out.

this is the 1st time i see such a downgrade.

not to mention they fxxk all SME Enterprise account in the process.

While for other competitors like CIMB, their new apps Octo is much improved compared to their previous app Clicks, this should b the way to go, not the other way round like harimau. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

Same, i also notice now whenever i received money, no more notification too. Never change anything, same phone same app same settings.

I checked in this morning before the reset. Now they are not taking in my today's check in, still shown as 0/30 sad.gif

Is ok, anyway the entries is just to make us feel happy only. Chances not high.

I feel like they running manual system, not auto.

Anyone meet at pc maybank2u website want transfer money to other ppl, during the page "secure verification",
The "request" button cant press.

Few times already even i changed browser

Happened to me yesterday. "Request" button was greyed out while attempting to transfer money, via M2U website.

I checked again on MAE app, turns out that Secure Verification was reset and need to set up again. You may check yours.

Received email regarding MAE with multiple ID. Can't do it online but have to visit branch. Quite troublecome.

Mine is not Secure Verification was reset.

I switch another pc browser can request.(sometime can sometime cannot)

Sometime need to wait next day only can request.
