sole proprietor account can't use their M2u Biz apps (for Partnership/LLP/Sdn Bhd) which my other company account uses it.
after i make an official complaint to their cust resolution team,
their so called solution provided is to white list the company account to use SMS TAC for transaction approval up to RM10k.
So basically revert back to SMS TAC approval as old times.
stupid and irresponsible apps design.
