i have the same problem as you.

sole proprietor account can't use their M2u Biz apps (for Partnership/LLP/Sdn Bhd) which my other company account uses it.

after i make an official complaint to their cust resolution team,
their so called solution provided is to white list the company account to use SMS TAC for transaction approval up to RM10k.

So basically revert back to SMS TAC approval as old times. mega_shok.gif

I make it very clear to them that it is wrong and very irresponsible for them to disregard SME i.e sole proprietor when announcing this change.

all in all, it's just naive to move from the near perfect M2U apps to this so called MAE.

i will be like #**@#$*&(* every single time i using MAE apps, everything seemed not right.

everything keep loading even for 1 page, and the UI is not user friendly at all with many clicks just to see the transaction history.
plus any fund transfer force you to input min how many character of transaction ref and the selection of account transfer from logic is out.

this is the 1st time i see such a downgrade.

not to mention they fxxk all SME Enterprise account in the process.

While for other competitors like CIMB, their new apps Octo is much improved compared to their previous app Clicks, this should b the way to go, not the other way round like harimau. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

i'm not is it just me or anyone else got the same feeling.

out of all banking apps, i hate MAE the most.

i feel very very annoyed to see it keep on loading with a logo whenever we want to transfer funds or simply do anything, and need a few steps before able to transfer funds.

every step keep on loading with a logo for sometimes

ya. cn feel that the whole apps is trying hard to do smtg backend during the loading logo.
feel like blinking or trying hard to process smtg in backend.

not sure is it bad apps script as they developing it or anything else.

if you use any other banking apps, no other apps hav this kind of prob

found that it load faster now.

take them months or years for this improvement version.
