Normal because all banks will use their bank FX spread to charge you 🤦‍♀️ which is why cash still better option

Any chance MAE app will allow multiple accounts in the future?

Previously my M2U app has two account in it Savings account (S) & Current account ©. I can switch between both at any given time.

Since using MAE app, it's tied with S only. I can't add C because MAE is limited to 1 account, but I still can use C in M2U because Secure2u in M2U still can be used.

Now that Secure2u has moved permanently from M2U to MAE, it's so hard to me to do transaction via app for C. No choice but to do transaction via M2U website.

sole proprietor account can't use their M2u Biz apps (for Partnership/LLP/Sdn Bhd) which my other company account uses it.

after i make an official complaint to their cust resolution team,
their so called solution provided is to white list the company account to use SMS TAC for transaction approval up to RM10k.

So basically revert back to SMS TAC approval as old times. mega_shok.gif

Agree with you. This is so stupid laugh.gif , but better than nothing. I will contact them to make a request for my sole proprietor/current account.

Another solution is to install MAE to another phone so I can just it for just for the sole proprietor/current account but so troublesome to carry many phones at once.

i also having the same issue.
sole proprietor & saving account which cannot be in the same MAE/Phone.
try to call 1300886688 but no one pick up.

then i found an old iphone 7plus trying to use that for my new sole proprietor account but dont really know why it cant activate secure2u. it keeps saying invalid id when i key in my ic number. company registration number also wont work.

i think you can try write to their cust resolution .

I make it very clear to them that it is wrong and very irresponsible for them to disregard SME i.e sole proprietor when announcing this change.

Under the FAQ it says that:

No worry on this. I even leave the balance to zero for year still active. Mainly use it when there is campaign activities only.

How about multiple login?

I got personal and sole proprietor. Old m2u able to login multiple account but Mae cannot.

Can, but worry about secure TAC issue. What if I logout and use other account? The one I logout confirmed cannot use secure TAC.

Anyone notice that the entry counts for "Pay via FPX" doesn't increases even when you make FPX payments that exceeds RM30?

i have facing the same issues for many months

while get/earn nothing from MAE , and still get con for doing the silly task for the never win contest.

the only confirm entry === daily login/sign in .

Lately really problems. My FPX counted, but Scan & Pay not count.
