Anyone experience this before? Top up MAE using the app, money successfully transferred according to my bank but at MAE balance no change at all.
Already called up CS. Says have to wait a week to see if can rectify. Lucky its only RM100

Which bank you topup from?

Can't you just instant transfer from that bank account?

yesterday and today both gave me "Better Luck Next Time".
Use back my GrabPay better whistling.gif

Tested. not good. yes, use hlb qr or grabpay better. but hlb qr for april has fully redeemed. so this is an option

I opened cookies twice around 11pm. Both times got nothing. Maybe daily quota finished up. Seems like playing time affects chances to get reward, just Iike previous campaign

Tip try once every minute till you get something lol I really did that for almost 30min
