Yes, I do have a main contractor to do most of the renovation, for electric parts, he only cover some, additional installation such as water heater, water pump etc he quote us in higher price, so we ask another electrician to do the remaining, the electrician also help me install my electrical curtain track at no additional cost.

What I can see here that the workmanship is very good, but the tasteful of color and material selection seem weak. Too ordinary / typical . End it's all about taste. My 2 cents. cheers !

Total main contractor workdone as mentioned above - RM65k
Grill door and window - RM3.3k
Kitchen cabinet & wardrobe - RM13k
Air cond installation 2 units 1hp & 2 units 1.5hp - RM760

Will be sharing more after all the renovation completed
