Sharing my home renovation journey here which started on June 2018

1) Extend 15 feet wet kitchen & concrete table top with tiles
2) Demolish existing bathroom at downstair and replace tiles
3) Build 1 new bathroom at extension area
4) Install full height wall tiles and floor tiles at extension area and new bathroom
5) Extend 7 feet master bedroom

7) Painting internal

All of the above done by a main contractor

Below will be done by different contractor

4) Install auto gate

My initial budget was RM80k

Kitchen cabinet & wardrobe - RM13k
Air cond installation 2 units 1hp & 2 units 1.5hp - RM760

This back door open inwards or outwards? They should be two doors. Notice the gap where light trickles in. Unless corrected, rain and insects can come through the gap. Or is there another inner door that's not yet installed?

Looking forward to see the rest. Looks nice!
