This back door open inwards or outwards? They should be two doors.  Notice the gap where light trickles in. Unless corrected, rain and insects can come through the gap. Or is there another inner door that's not yet installed?

Looking forward to see the rest. Looks nice!

The door open outwards, thanks for ur advice, I shall look into the gap as u mentioned cos I only concerned as long as no snake can’t pass thru the gap

budget 80k, care to tell how much cost at the end?

doesnt look like 80k can finish this with extension and demolish+new toilet.

Can’t tell how much cost in total yet as now the renovation work still not completed yet, 80k is only my initial budget, now already burst, will share once all the renovation work done

Hmmm this reminds me of the houses in BK7. Is your house in Kinrara?

Should not be voltage issue. I installed those lights+fan from TB, only complain from installer is the hook need to modify.

btw, did you 5) Extend 7 feet master bedroom? Can you show some pics?

And please do update us on final reno cost.

The part after the beam is the extended part for the master room which I'm quite dissatisfied with the existence of the beam after extended.

The final reno cost will be reveal soon because the house haven't ready for move in yet.

AC compressors should be on mounting blocks raised from the floor like thus as shown in the last picture.

You see the original design of the backdoor is oepning inward, there is a reason for that, its for security concern.

Your new backyard door open outwards, which means the hinges are exposed to the outside, burglar can just remove the hinge and your door will come right off...
