Did the 30Mbps user got turbo to 100Mbps first?

I'm asking because I'm one of them and don't remember getting 100Mbps. Anyone else in the same situation can confirm?

This is my journey, started with

VIP 5Mbps -> 10Mbps -> 30Mbps -> 300Mbps

I didn't upgrade on my own, it was all free/bonus . I thought I had somehow missed the 100Mbps.

can used my nephew standard 1 ID to apply?

it happened to 2 of my devices, wifi.

pc restart, rhen ok.

tablet, restart, still no good... then wait.. now ok.

strange....

is it unifi's problem or router problem? i tried on wifi using maxis fiber at friend's house no problem (even switching to mobile data works)

I see... I have checked on website and there's still no free upgrade for my streamyx.

My address is also not under unifi coverage but oddly the agent told me the RM129 package is available for my house.

I'm thinking to go to TM point to double confirm my case.

Since last time also got another agent mistaken that my address is eligible, ended up wasted my AL because only the next lorong got.

Even now my lorong is still not listed in Unifi website list, I wonder how this agent check. Also the TM pole behind my house is still using the old black box instead of the white one.

I'm still skeptical yet hopeful, been complaining almost every month to TM CS.

i don't have the quota part yet in the dashboard... when did you change to quota package? i change in middle of october 2018 contract start...

those paying rm159 or less for 800 mbps must be laughing their butts off.
