I tried the w910i before, and it lag major.... I also tried the N81, and it was way faster.

Hmm, i've tried the w910 too, but the one i tried doesn't lag too much. Just a little bit.

Checked Malacca's SE store...they said Bronze color is overseas...Malaysia only has Red and Black. If buying at SE store, then the price is RM1780, comes with MPS-70 speaker.

If buy at stalls, Original price is around RM1520, no free speaker...
IF you were in this situation, which one willl you go for?

I think I'd go with no speaker since I listen to songs using earphones.

i'm wondering, will the price of this phone drop after CNY? around rm1200 maybe? hehe.. now i kinda confuse to buy w580i or this one. :confuse:

Previously, I was also thinking about W580i ... until W910i comes out...
Well for me I will go for W910i, because currently I am using W810i. I played my friend's W580i and found out that there were not much changes between W810i and W580i, just a better screen and a Fitness meter, minus the Autofocus.

I am thinking if I were to spend more than a thousand to change a phone, I will choose W910i because it has MORE differences than W810i, and W910i is using the next SE platform, A200. All previous models are using A100 platform. Just like Nokia's S40 first edition, S40 5th edition like that.

Of course if you are not migrating from a current SE phone, W580i will be a fresh phone for you because it has exciting Flash themes and great phone design.

Got my W910i yesterday. Other than the software lagging problem, they phone is just superb. However, if you like the slick design & appreciate the Walkman features, slightly lag issue is easily forgiven

how much you bought it? I really like the w910i but my budget only can buy w580i

I am quite peculiar to phone Interface speed...i just got my W910i today! and guess what? The laggy is NOT a problem at all, it's just 0.01 second lag when we click the MENU. Execution wise, its just like lightning...faster than my W810i!

Does the phone's camera take ok quality pics for a 2mp with no autofocus or flash? Better than w850?

Got my W910i few days ago! Love it!

unless there is plenty of light, but also pic is taken with blur...(no hand shake)
i think same as w850i 2Mp no auto focus...

I am also W910i owner....and frankly speaking, the camera is in a lower standard than the W810i....

For the 039 firmware, I found two funny things:

1) WHen a phone call is incoming, there is a SPKR ON on the right softkey, however, clicking it doesn't seems to activiate anything...

2) MANUAL Equaliser wouldn't stay in memory..once the Walkman interface out and return, the equaliser will be defaulted back...

I've just purchased my W910i. RM1699 Thorus warranty with 2GB M2 card.

So far, no lagginess with software and no problems around the C key.
