1) WHen a phone call is incoming, there is a SPKR ON on the right softkey, however, clicking it doesn't seems to activiate anything...
call-ouy can activate speaker, call-in...haven try sweat.gif
2) MANUAL Equaliser wouldn't stay in memory..once the Walkman interface out and return, the equaliser will be defaulted back...
my 029 can stay in memory, just tht it set back to previously setted mode & need u to press the manual again, but setting remain

QUOTE(Andrew @ Dec 18 2007, 03:36 PM)
So far, no lagginess with software and no problems around the C key.

When I receive an incoming call, the Speaker ON words appear. When I press the right button, it turns on the speaker phone and the words change to Speaker OFF. Pressing the right button again turns off the speaker phone.

Haven't really checked out the Equalizer yet.

I think if you press something really hard enough, you will break something eventually.

Erm ... This is my second day with my W910. I've loaded it with all my contacts, contact pics, and 350+ MP3s. So far, I've not experienced any lag problems. Where are you guys encountering the lag?

Stock is HPM70. Doesn't really perform well IMO. Bass is too bloated and Treble is too shril. Mids are ok but overall is just a so-so. But do bare in mind that I'm comparing this do a dedicated player, so it's a tad bit unfair laugh.gif

For normal listening, I would say the phone does a pretty good job smile.gif
Er..Can I use bluesoleil if I don't use a dongle? My laptop using internal bt wor. How? Kinda lost sweat.gif

So wait, can list out all your settings? I'm getting a bit frustrated here. Cannot work! cry.gif
Erm, if you want an all in one, I suggest you get th w810 lor. The cam is better, has mp3 functions and is a pretty good phone biggrin.gif

The w910 SQ is nothing to shout about, it's probably slightly above average (IMO, YMMV). The camera sucks big time. If you're a casual shooter (during the daytime at night the phone is a horror!) than ok lor. If not you might wanna rethink buying the w910.

But if form factor and slimness is your thing, then this definitely is the phone to go for. I might ditch this and go for the N81 instead laugh.gif
I think that's the Havana one. Coz the detail is in brown/gold not orange. My black one is in orange. Unless of course my eyes rae lying to me tongue.gif

Ok, I've tried that. The phone doesn't lag when I hit the Menu key or scroll to contacts or try to write new message. But when I keep doing the same thing for about 4 or 5 times, there's a lag of 1 to 2 seconds. Overall, I'd say that's quite acceptable.

On another note, this phone doesn't seem to be getting enough coverage here on LowYat.Net, unlike phones line the K750i and others with their write-ups on software, features, users, etc.

Neeko, maybe you can start a "serious" topic for the W910i since you're one of the original owners. smile.gif

Also, does anyone (or rather, any owner of the W910i) have the file Timber.mp4? I seem to have accidentally deleted that file or it was not included in my phone. That's preventing my Demo Tour feature in the Entertainment Menu from running.

If anyone has the Timber.mp4 file for the W910i, I would be grateful if you could send it to me or upload it to the site as an attachment.

Thanks for the file, neeko. Should it be in the videos folder in phone memory or the themes folder in phone memory?

1) Haven't noticed that yet.
2) what do u mean by "manual" equaliser? Do u just mean the equaliser in the 'options'? So far I have no problem with the equaliser. If i set it to 'mega bass', after i exit the walkman player and re-entered the walkman player, the 'mega bass' will still be there. If I set it on 'treble' I will get 'treble' all the time. even after i turned off my phone, i still get the same setting. smile.gif

Added on December 29, 2007, 6:00 pmi just found out from the net regarding of equalizer problem. apparently it's an older firmware's bug. W910i Firmware bugs

My happens to be the newer version tongue.gif
