can tumpang account,i also tumpang my friend account one, cause he's loyal supporter of Swisspac, and after u buy a lot of items from them, they will create an account for u in their system.

i dont care they LCLY,i went "one shop" before at BJ 4th floor(i think u guys also know whihc shop,as i only buy hardwares from one shop),and ask for Abit Fatality NForce 650i,i asked, why swisspac can get after 2 days and u only can get after few days? then the guy just answer me,"if u can wait then wait, cannot wait just buy from swisspac, dont come here and bother."

for a businessman, this is the worse thing, and cant even come out from ur mouth,if u r the customer, what will u feel?so i just tu lan and swear wont buy anything from them anymore.

and then i ask my friend and he got some special price drool.gif then next time i just tumpang account lo....u guys wanna tumpang also can,but from what my friend told me,swisspac and advancetech selling thing quite cheap if u got ac in swisspac,my friend bought Q6600 G0 stepping from advancetech rm971 only rclxms.gif

do let me know if u guys wanna buy anything.

My, what a nerve to speak like dat to a customer, especially to a loyal one ( seeing that u are
only frequenting that shop ).
No wonder u switch. I would too, if i am in yr shoes.
I really hope those jokers will feel the pinch, when all their loyal customers switch to
other shops for their purchases.

Let's c how they make ends meet - then !!

Haiz....cause their sales is the best in BJ i think so getting arrogant, what a waste,i totally supporting them from the beginning to the end, introduced a lot of my friends and my customer for them but in the end i got the words like that.

anyway, the uncle that mentioned is the well known moderator Uncle Ian Ho,who has the G0D-L1K3 modding skill. notworthy.gif

Out of curiosity,  the pricelists at pc1stop.net are terribly out of date -
is it still being updated by person or persons concerned ?

The most recent one ( if u can call it recent ) being from PC Depot dated
31st July ( though i can still go to their website at www.pcdepot.com.my to get
an updated one )

I used to go and browse at their pricelist for comparison with those in LY - but
now,  urrrrrgggggh - it all seems "dead".  sad.gif

Skygate prices used to be attractive for certain items - but now - susah-lah.

This thread is dying...
I'm here to help KC sign0014.gif.

@KC, i will tear up my rig most probably during the weekends, so if can we meet up and i pass you the stuff lar. I wanna fix my PcCooler HB-771s on my northbridge. It has been sitting on my table for ages since i got it from Shawty. I might also need to discuss a little stuff with you. Need to get a system from Swisspac, need a very very very cheap system as budget is very very tight for my customer. Margin also very very very very very very low.

Hmm, wanna ask something. Since we have so many members in POC, anyone every run on a Dell System before? I would like to know the system and proc temperatures of the system as they have their very own heatpipe cooling devices, the design looks promising. And anyone ever tried to run an aftermarket 8800GTX with a 375w Dell PSU? I heard that some Dell Dimension 9200s come with 8800GTX and run on the very same 375w PSU that every 9200 runs on.

Nah... It's just you guys having mood swings so it seems PC market in Penang suddenly dying or growing sometimes...

To me, it's still just constant pace. But more people going from custom PC shops to brands like Dell or HP. In fact, a lot of people is going from PC to Laptops as well...

I've said it before very early in this thread, PC shops needs to change with time. It's never about having enough budget or not to change... Usually, it's about change or close shop lo...

And especially in Penang, attraction is necessary to gain market share.

i just want to share my feeling..
i'm kinda really disappointed with PC DEPOT service...

i bought a samsung mp3 player bout long time ago.. and then until nearly a year.. the mp3 player cant charge. it has built-in battery so what i can conclude is the faulty of the battery inside because if i plug at computer, still can be use. ok since the product is still under warranty, i sent it back to PC DEPOT to claim warranty... everything goes well for the warranty claim procedure.. but what that disappoint me a lot and shocked me... almost a year they still didnt call me or anything. what a lousy service by PC DEPOT. nearly a year after i sent my mp3 player for warranty, then they call me.. second time they disappoint me by telling me that they wanted to replace the part with other mp3 player.. a creative muvo mp3 player.. ok i said to them that let me talk with my sister first since it is belong to my sister.. then after a while i didnt call them.. they call me again to confirm want to replace with that creative or not. i said again wait.. i didnt make my choice... then third time they call me.. they said to go to their shop to take my mp3 player.. waahhh.. i'm so happy coz i thought my samsung mp3 player is already there... but what really really disappoint me was when the receptionist give a creative mp3 player... i look at it a while.. it was a recond and cheap creative mp3 player.. and i saw at the warranty paper, it wrote there "customer agree to upgrade to creative mp3 player". hey girl... dont u treat a people like they know nothing about computers.. WTFF.. upgrade? u want to give me cheap creative mp3 player and claim as upgrade? what a shame PC DEPOT !
i thought u are a BIG company and u could give a superior customer experience.. but this is what i get... the creative mp3 player has same capacity as my samsung.. maybe same functionalities with my samsung.. but it is definitely not worth as much as my samsung.i took a really good care of my samsung.. looks new summore, but what they want to give me is a cheap, looks very old creative.it really disappoint me. they say that samsung still didnt give them any reply for my mp3 player. but then after a while.. they say samsung did not have stock for my mp3 player.. hey girl... my mp3 player still new and not even a year when i purchased it. and it's a new model from samsung. what? u think a BIG reputation company would do as bad as your PC DEPOT? hahaha.. i think they lost my mp3 player already.. if anybody from PC DEPOT read this.. tell your manager.. dont give a lousy customer service to a customer.. remember.. find a new customer is harder than make a same customer buy from you twive. and i still waiting for my mp3 player ! my samsung ! not a cheap creative... that one u consider as upgrade? i think u may need to go back to secondary school.. a standard 1 student also know what is an upgrade laaaa....

i want to give an example of what is an upgrade..
let say u buy a 14" inch DELL CRT monitor and includes 5 years warranty.. on the fourth year u claim warranty, the 14" inch may not be exist anymore.. but DELL wont give u other 14" inch cheap other brand monitor.. they will give you what is the nearest value to it.. maybe a 15" or 17".. or if there is no stock at all.. maybe u'll get a 14" inch LCD. that's what we called an UPGRADE ! alway's give a superior customer experience to your customer..

PC-DEPOT and MAKSON are in my BLACKLIST!!!

If you ask me why.. coz their after sales services SUCKS!!!

SwissPac and Active Xtreme may be expensive but their after sales services are excellent..
Pristine Wireless
and Precess are my choice, due to the cheapest price offered in Penang.. and friendly staff too.. thumbup.gif
G-Zone
is so-so.. many outlets and have many nice products too..

Well, generally, they have bad service but I don't think there's any company out there who can handle customer delays too long. Not Nokia, not Intel, Not AMD, not Microsoft, and not even Dell.

When they passed you the new agreement, did you sign it? If you didn't then you have not agree...

Not really. Most newbies will ask their friends first and they'll get clones. Then with bad experience with lousy shops such as Makson, then turn to branded PCs. But if they have friends good in PC to help them, I think they'll usually stick with custom PCs.
