Hi, anyone can watch HBO GO using UPB? Im trying search on google play store but no result.

I tried enter using unifi tv apps and when i enter hbo go, it said “not available in your country”.

Using chat support but no resolve yet from their side.

At the moment watching HBO GO using my phone.

It is on upb, android TVs.

Are u using VPN?

I can stream HBO GO on UPB, no problem. Heck, even Astro’s sooka (and Astro TV) app can stream there too.

Speaking of which, I know it’s a bit controversial take; but is there any chance if Unifi TV will partner again with Astro, this time bundling its sooka streaming app into Unifi TV packs?

Last time they did it in 2013 by bringing in Astro SuperSport 1 & 2, followed by Astro Awani, Astro Oasis, Astro Vaanavil, and Makkal TV in 2014 to HyppTV back then.

Just Awani & Arena Bola would be enough.

Not using any VPN. Im not sure why. Restart multiple time still cant get on the apps

maybe ur gmail address usa or uk. please change ur country on ur gmail. only use gmail malaysia can download hbo go malaysia at google playstore UPB

I dont think so, since Astro want to protect their monopoly, hence requesting huge sum from TM
Thats what I heard happens when TM try to bring Astro go to the White STB during Astro request using TM infra to provide wifi kencang.
But seeing Astro Go available on UPB now is a positive note

To everybody still having issue for unifi box using vlan, the video keep jerking every 3-5 mins and then back to normal then repeat back issue.

Pls don’t use vlan 600 but use vlan 500 since new upb box able to run both vlan for dedicated bandwitdh for tv.

Have talked with somebody from TM, they planning to close vlan 600 gradually since it’s meant for old box and a lot of ppl start using new box already.

This has been known issue by TM and they don’t publicly let their user knows

wow I am still on white stb and they refused to change for me because still functioning or I pay RM20 a month and now wanna shut down vlan 600 lol

they better think of this before shutting vlan 600

No idea when but just a matter of time only since they heavily market ulti plus and ulti max with free black box.

Black box can get free what, only need recontract 2 years only

Last few years , I was using white box and face the awful exp which the image keep jerking. The box only can use vlan 600 only, now the black box can run both type of vlan.

My white box still working, I just keep complain to them I pay unifi tv but don’t get good exp.

Nope I offered to recontract also they rejected

Only gave the choice to get it for RM20 a month.. which is RM400 for that.. so no need lah I can get better one with RM400 out there

mine working fine they said no replacement... unless technician go to house and check really faulthy

Eh u can try check from self care app, I remember there is a link can get free box but 2 years contract only, u can try check from there.

And also to those facing low audio comes from certain channel especially HBO , you can try use vlan 500

My audio from all channel now has higher then I used too.

I am using Sonos system and I was getting stereo from using vlan600 , now I am using vlan 500 , I getting DD 5.1 , that’s what my Sonos app stating

sounds like vlan 600 is not optimised now.. could it be because it is restricted to 8Mbps?

Seems likely , last time they need use vlan 600 due to hypptv time, now all black box can run both vlan , they start to abandon it and even the old box too
