Are these apps supposed to be free if installed on mobile phone only or also applicable if installed on Android TV or TV box?

Thanks. Manage to activate and use the account on iqiyi in my mobile phone and tv box. I use QR code scan from iqiyi apps in Mobile phone to login to iqiyi on tv box

Subscription is only for 1 year though

As far as I know it is free as long you are the tv pack subscriber.

Yes, end date is Feb 1. Will see whether subscription is auto renew on Feb 1.

I thought preview of new channels have ended since 1 jan 2022 but I still can preview animax and gem even I'm on ruby plus pack.

Does not matter. you can activate it on 5 devices (for VIU) and 3 (Lionsgate) IIRC.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I tried putting the playtv@unifi apk on a usb, but the smart monitor only recognises media files. Maybe it's cause it's running Tizen instead of Android?

Anyway for now I've decided to just cast screen from phone to monitor as a stopgap. Not ideal but works for now I guess...

Have you check if you can find the app x-plore file manager. I think you should be able to find it in the playstore.

If you are able to get that app x-plore which u can connect to your google drive which mean you can download the apk to the web drive and install from there

Simply South's next billing date is on 2022-12-31.

Unifi has taken 1 year subscription for Simply South.

Just an update from me. Apparently, VIU send an otp from this number : 63350. The reason I couldnt get OTP, I suspect, it was my telco issue. I'm using Yoodo telco that blocks certain 5 digit sms number. Anyway, that problem has been resolved now after I reported my problem to both Yoodo and TM.

i only managed to receive OTP from VIU starting 1st Jan onward
before that nope, even tried using my wife's number, OTP doesn't come in
