Hi guys.. is any of you using viu given by tm unifi? May i know, when activating viu using phone number, when viu sent OTP, what sms number they are using to sent the OTP?

(I'm using yoodoo which blocks certain 5 digit sms number, so, i cannot activate my Viu account. I want to know the sms number that viu use so that I can ask for help from yoodoo. Thanks)

activate now for all unifi tv subscribers. aneka pack, ruby pack and varnam pack.

Why after i click activate now, it shows the price for Viu is rm 12.90 monthly ? Scared it will add to my bill later.

Does it mean that one will be able to access vip drama and movies without the ads and in 1080?

Guys why mine viu in mobile say premium account but when i try to pair with tv it say mine account are basic

eg if your phone number is 0123456789, then just key in 123456789

I wonder if anyone can help me... I got a Samsung smart monitor in late October 2021, I was able to find "unifi TV (Beta)" in the app store and installed it.

Unfortunately this evening I had to factory reset the monitor for other reasons, and when I went back to find the unifi app, it wasn't there.

Went to unifi support, they say it's a Samsung problem.
Went to Samsung and they confirm the app is no longer in their store.
Went back to unifi and they now claim that unifi TV is meant only for handphones and tablets and I can get a tv box if I want it on a tv.

Is there any way to sideload apps onto the Samsung smart monitor? Model is Samsung LS27AM500NEXXS... thanks in advance for any help...

perhap, you could download the apk into a usb and plug into the TV and installed from there.

Another way is to installed an app that can transfer apk to the tv. Look for app such as sendanywhere or x-plore which can help you access the apk for installation
