i do not know the details if u had subscribed via unifi, best u call or chat with them.

i had previously subscribed it standalone, not via unifitv - canceling was straightforward in the app itself.

Hi guys!.. Suddenly I can't see my subscription package channel (RUBY) in my unifi tv on Android box. Before this OK no problem. But the free channel like tv3, tv1, al hijrah all no problem can watch. I tried install the unifi tv app at my phone no problem, all the channel can watch. For Android TV it shows error 01999.

Anybody know what the problem?. Im ask unifi Facebook, the answer was stupid. Asking me to connect to port 4. I'm using wifi for my android box and before this no problem can run for a long time.

Can you try on your phone? If so may be due to setting. Any setting you changed so far?

Any idea when is the last date for free subscription of Lionsgate and other streaming services. Currently I've subscribe trial for viu and iqiyi. Still trying to decide which one to go

As far as I know, there is no deadline.

Never happen in the STB, but app. When I watch sport program, the STB always give me crispy an smooth video. And the app low res and shuttered.

No. I didn't change any setting. Free channel all can watched. On phone no problem. All RUBY package can watched. Only on Android box. My box mecool KM2 Google certified box

the likely answer is yr box ATV somehow isn't totally optimized.

Anyone can give some short reviews about Lionsgate Play? Because Im planning to upgrade to Ultimate to get Lionsgate and iQiyi. Currently Im on rm129 100mbps with aneka plus pack and add hbo go 3 months package. Money wise, which one is better? Aneka plus pack + standalone hbo go or ultimate plan? Thank you

Other than that, there's a lot of Starz originals and other shows like Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, Power, The White Princess and more.

The real issue with Lionsgate Play is that you need to search for the titles you want to watch as more than 95% of the titles are not featured in the main menu.

Compared to Lionsgate Play, HBO GO provides a wider selection of movies, TV shows and other programs. Movies studios like Warner Bros, Universal Pictures, Paramount, Sony, some Lionsgate titles and some indie or streaming platform's titles are screening exclusively on HBO GO and its featured linear channels. There's also a lot of HBO originals like Game of Thrones, Westworld, Succession, True Detective and Euphoria.

Of course, Ultimate Pack doesn't really have its previous value as there's no premium movies channel - only has HITS Movies and Paramount Network along with Lionsgate Play. They may launch more movies channels in the future, but whether the wait is worth it will be the main question.

Don't waste you money. Just sign up Netflix, Disney Hosts or other standalone package. You may try sign up share account. Definitely Worth than upgrade to Ultimate. After Fox close down, I seldom watch Unifi TV anymore.

yeah.. when fox close down.. that ultimate pack is really suck.. no more nice episode/movies to watch on unifitv..
and that ultimate pack can be removed if in discounted package..

If you just watch live tv then yes. if you also watch streaming apps, then I find it a very good deal.
