Guys.. Help me out here, I got the same setup same plan. The only different is I dont have TX3 but I am using Skyworth Android TV instead with built in Android TV OS.

From the FAQ, it is clear there VIU is more bang for the bucks if we compare iQiyi vs VIU on which one should we choose.





I mean VIU cost more than iQiyi and it gave many more devices that can be streamed at one time compared to iQiyi.

My question to those who've done the claim process, Why you guys still go with iQiyi?

Any idea when is the last date for free subscription of Lionsgate and other streaming services. Currently I've subscribe trial for viu and iqiyi. Still trying to decide which one to go

I am on ultimate pack with login credential to 2 devices to unifi play tv apps. How can I get 5 devices option?

UPB or upgrade to the newest Ultimate plan 59.90?

I just got back from TM Point, asking about the new ultimate pack RM59.90. Unfortunately they said that my ultimate pack RM60.00 on YEP 2019 plan cannot change to the new ultimate pack. They stressed out that I can only change to the new ultimate pack if I converted to the new Unifi Extraordinary plan

Unifi Extraordinary Plan is what they called for the latest Unifi package right now. Starting from September 2022, if you fresh apply for Unifi, that is the name they called for your package.
My package is called Super Value YEP 2019 and definitely not under contract.

And what I'm trying to do at TM point this evening is to switch from Ultimate package RM60.00 to Ultimate package RM59.90

I am asking them because they got this clause for the new Ultimate plan. It says there you can enjoy the new ultimate plan as part of the plan but only with contract renewal.



There are reasons why I want to change from old package to the new package (not just the 10 cents different):

RM 60.00 vs RM 59.90
2 concurrent viewing devices vs 5 concurrent viewing devices
5 streaming apps vs 8 streaming apps
EDIT: Add On RM20 for new UPB vs Free New UPB

I don't bother much for the streaming apps (but if can get that bonus!) rather I want the more devices option for Unifi TV.

Nevertheless, it is a Jurassic package. The desk person even mention they can no longer change or usik anything on the YEP 2019 package. Even if customer want to remove Unifi TV from the package they cant do that because the plan is already cheap. The only things that they can do if I want to change the Unifi Box to the newest UPB, adding mesh such as M5 or M9, or adding any smart device that Unifi customer entitle to add on.

But yeah, I think you are right for the part that they don't like us. Hahaha...
So I guess we, whose on the package lama could just diam2 and just received whatever TM want to give us.

What plan are you on right now?

In my knowledge there is no other way to change to the newer box by renewing your contract (if you go straight to TM Point).
Other alternative you can check secondhand market. There will be seller selling it 100++

POV: I saw somebody still using the silverbox in 2022. So it still usable if you never use it

It gone up because it's no longer in promo period which was ended 31st Dec 2022.
They stated that in TnC. I managed to get Viu and WeTV on the last day of promo.

If option (a), would they use the unifi TV app stream device count or the new device considered as standalone?

activate both but cant login to respective apps. Need to wait for further action i guess
