Is it just me or anyone having access error to unifi playTV app?

I uninstalled the update.. then reinstall from google play.. everything works fine after that.. now can watch celestial and hits movie etc without problems..

I still get basic package despite created login using email and handphone from unifi a/c, what could be the problem here? I've just used desktop to activate.

my guess is those apps that unifi made deals with the providers did not incl pc windows.

on tablet or phones, they shud work fine.

Quick update here, now my viu is magically can access to all channel, this morning register using the email that register for unifi, but get basic account, but now I unable to view my account info via viu apps but can view all the content in viu.

To pair to your tv, go viu.com, login with your details , select pair to tv and insert your code

AVfan is correct, desktop is not supported only on apps

iPhone 6s. I tried to uninstall, then reinstall the app.. then still gets the error message "user timeout" after login. I don't think it's because of my mom's unifi Home account as she pays monthly without issues. Or is it because of the recent software update of iOS 15 that I just done?

I just installed the update for Lionsgate Play on UPB, and I can access all the titles now without the error.

Yeah. Lions gate play is working now. Just make sure u r installing the latest version. 2021.09. 30 is the latest. B4 this I was using 2021.09.20

afaik, unifi playtv come in at least 2 versions... u shud check out if there is one for IOS.

the ATV version works well on ATV TVs, the generic android version works well on phones and tablets but sucks on generic android boxes.

i do not know if there is a hacked/modified version for IOS...?

Damn, it took me a few hours to realise why Viu was not working. I have two internet at home, and I only use the Unifi for Unifi TV IPTV. No wonder it didn't work. Changed the routing and now I am activated

At this moment, no. I don't think they will add more apps to the white box.

UPB refers to Unifi Plus Box. To install the update, go to Google Play Store. Press "up" and locate your profile picture and press "ok". You may see a box indicated the number of the available update(s). Click on it. Select Lionsgate Play. Choose "update".

Yeah unifi playTV, the iOS mobile app only. I guess it's due to iOS 15, causing the app non-functional after all. On iOS 14 it worked before this. Meanwhile for the Android TV version it doesn't have any problem, can stream as usual.
