Nope. Viu needs email to work. Unifi gave you @unifi only. I have emailed TM support about this

I tried using my phone number, since Lionsgate uses that. BUt didn't work. It only registered me as a new user

AVfan is correct, desktop is not supported only on apps

How to know if I have access to Unifi TV? In my Mi Stick, I have the Unifi TV app but can't seem to login using any of the credentials that I know. I'm subscribed to Unifi 100mbps by the way.

I was under the impression that I could still login to Unifi TV and view the free channels but looks like it's not the case. On the other hand, I have playtv@unifi app in my IOS and I'm not sure if it's the same thing.

Hi all, just want to get some opinions/answers from some users here about the new Unifi TV;

1. Will there still be sports channels? Mainly for F1

2. Is the Lionsgate Play and BBC Player mutually exclusive or can we get both as a Ultimate pack subscriber? I tried looking through the FAQs but I think anyone who has seen it can agree that they're completely useless.

3. Best user experience for the new streaming services; I currently have a non-smart 4K TV which is what the current STP box is connected to and a mother who is not the most tech-savvy person, should I;

a) Get the Unifi TV Plus box from TM at the additional RM15/month. Also, is there a way to get it from TM for free if I renew my contact? I am currently enjoying ultimate and 800mbps at RM199 so it would be great if I can continue with this price without any additional charges/changing my plan.

OR

b) Get an android STB, and if so, which would work most easily with BBC Player and Lionsgate play? Seeing some users here complain about login issues is kind of deterring me.. but I could get Netflix as well if I go with this route.

That is pretty cheap, how is it compared to the Mi Box?
Was eyeing the Mi Box, how often does the error pop up? Would like to do as little tech support for my mom as possible. 

Mi stick is 1080p right? Leaning now to the box as it offers 4K support. Chromecast with Google TV also seems quite appealing, but unsure if I want to spend RM300 incase my parents don't use it. 
Yup, checked their wiki page and apparently F1 is off the list now. Doing some research shows that using VPN + F1TV Pro would be the best course of action.. now it's just about finding a box that supports both. Really sad that we can't just outright get the pro subscription in Malaysia without having to go through VPNs and an overseas account.
