Ha, yes. Another job related thread in kopitiam. I have been contemplating to tender my resignation since September last year but I have been holding back due to various reasons. One of it is I have no job offer currently that will encourage me to throw the letter to my HR dept.

For those fellow members in here who tendered without any job offer in sight, I really respect you guys for being so courageous.

i have the strong urge to jump ship too but for me a bit difficult because there are a few thing i need to consider.
-car loan/housing loan
-a few mouth to feed

for single i think should be not an issue but for family man is abit risky.

but i done it before by doing part time but hardly survive.

Imagine everyday have to see them, I rather find another job, even lower pay but at least happier.
There is no best job & best colleagues combo, but if no big deal, just let it be.
You leave earlier then me you say leh mega_shok.gif
Most of them are oldies, stay too comfortable and don't want to change.
Stay strong, if got better offer, just go for it.
*
Pity you. Why u don't want to see them? Did they have any delusional misbehaviour? LOL

i just don't understand. By now as an adult you should already know that no matter where you go, there will be an asshole who will piss you off. No matter where you go there will be shit waiting for you to clean. If you are not able to manage the heat and suck it up not matter where you go it will be the same.

Sometimes i do have the urge as well but that doesn't mean i'm going to do it. Reason being? No matter where i go... I'll still face the same shit. Those shit are the reason why you are hired. Hence the shittier the situation, the bigger your pay cheque would be.

If not mistaken is 3 months, but I think there's a clause that the notice period will be 6 months when I'm employed more than 3 years in this company. Need to check back offer letter first. lol
*
6 months notice period should be for GM or above level leh

What is the name of the MLM that you've joined?

How much do I have to pay upfront in order to join under you?

How much will you receive if I join as your downline?

How much will I receive if I recruit other to join as my downline?

What are you current products are you selling?

How much are they currently selling compared to the market price of established brands?

----------------------------------------------

But the 2 most important question is,

1. Have you fully recovered the money that you've invested when you first joined your MLM?
2. Have many people have you recruited in order to recover the money you've invested?
*
Ok I just answer your 2 important questions.

1- yes. Join member only rm60. My returns are tremendous and unimaginable.

2- my direct downlines honestly less than 30. But the downlines and downlines and downlines are too many to count.

highly unlikely

unless the entire financial system in Malaysia collapsed, which by then Ringgit will sit next to Zimbabwean dollar ady
*
What i mean is how long are you going to sit at the side with your money waiting for an eventual collapse ? It could be years and even decade.

Just think of the lost opportunity of not putting all those free cash flow into work. But once you put your cash to work, you are now expose to an economic slow down.

It's very hard to time the market. Everyday you sit at the sideline, will mean your money is also sleeping.

if you're getting paid 200k per annum to face assholes and clean shit then ok la. at least you're motivated by the money. You still have 1 reason to remain satisfied with your current job.

will you do the same if you're being paid 1/4 of that amount now?

FYI, I didn't sign up for all these shit when I was first hired.

Dude, i wasn't paid 200k earlier on. I just do it. I can choose to just pack my bags and leave but i did not do so. Just push on, be patient, time will come. No one ever did sign up for the shit which has to come. It will just keep pouring in on you.

However if you felt you have been abused don't give in.
