I agree grab give lots of empty promises, but not sure if other companies take over they will do better. We can't expect every new company are as professional as Google, even companies like Facebook/Amazon are getting mocked here and there.

They can turn off TBB as they like, and they did (for my city) since the second week introduction of TBB months ago, but TBB magically come back again since last week, maybe they need to prepare their reputation for the coming regulations enforcement. Grab is definitely testing your nerves if they're turning off TBB, if someone still doing the underpaid job/not much complaint from drivers, they will be going to happily pocketing your TBB. They might only compensate later when they receive enough complaints.

I think it is somewhere in grab rules that you can't display ads external/internal of your car, also can't verbally promote other competing ehailing apps. Also mentioned somewhere in the upcoming government psv regulations if not mistaken.

I doubt it can even do 10km/l, bezza is 14km+/l, alza 11km+/l.

Depends if that is highway or city drive, bezza advertised at 19km+/l also but when you carry more passengers/city drive you will get much lesser.

People do grab previously because entry is easy and free, imagine if grab require only RM 200 for driver registration how many drivers will not consider doing it in the first place? Now you need to invest RM 800+ into some company that will ban you anytime they like, that will probably significantly reduce NEW drivers from joining. It is a high risk high reward job after all, people who need stable/constant income should consider other options if available.

They wasted too much resources on their useless staff, most of them can't do work one or not in power to do anything, please fire half of your grab staff ty.

We need to spread the words before more innocent new drivers fall into the trap and pay for the psv things. We should let them know the risk they're taking from the terrible management of grab Malaysia.

Because we haven't fully use the power of media, we should get some reporter/blogger that write something like "Should you join as a new grab driver?" and make it viral. People should learn what risk they're taking from real examples drivers are facing, not just sweet talk "yes you can make RM 8k monthly doing this" from alpha who make money by recruiting.

Yes it is easiest money for many of them, even those body full of tattoos who drive a completely dark tinted car (in East Malaysia) who doesn't have much choice of career. But many who doesn't know BM will start to panic because of the psv exam.

Yes it sucks driving for grab and good luck in your career finding.

No need story at all, it is easy to get innocent drivers banned now. Just grab any ride give 4 stars or below put reason rude/dangerous driving etc straight away kena warning/ban.
