Yes grab doesn't care much about drivers, they even hope you didn't notice it, else they will put a notification upon receiving job just like promo one. They put a notification for promo but not a penalty one, shady move grab.

If they in mall most of the time will detect wrong location, because satellite can't detect them and accuracy will be much higher than 16+-m (outdoor), sometime up to 1km+- accuracy

Problem can be solved by no auto detect, riders now have to manually type location if their gps accuracy is more than radius. Grab just want easy booking for riders and throw all headache to drivers, some book wrong location few km away and doesn't even know how to cancel.

I think this is not true? This was just quoted from an interviewee. According to psv booklet shirt with collars, long trousers and shoes are enough.

Because rider select driver asked me to cancel lol, so they can pick car and book and cancel for more than 3 times, 10+ times also can, grab wont check and punish you directly.

AA is design to enslave drivers, just one level below AI driverless

Grab want as much AA drivers as possible, if one day all drivers turn AA, or being forced to AA for all, grab can control all the inventive (TBB etc) as they like, they can promise shits and not fulfill it, this is why grab want AA

Even if grab are having 100 non-AA drivers vs 1 rider, that rider could still not getting ride if the offer is shit, grab staff would still be sweating palms monitoring the jobs. With AA, grab would hit some jackpot by getting at least one newbie driver to complete the shit job for them.

If you think TBB is good atm then you may AA all the way. But I would not recommend AA because it will stop grab from learning and improving, human filterization is the best lesson for them. AA is one hell of a shortcut for their tech team.

Just wondering aloud how come Grabbers to MYcars and other drivers not invited for free makan? The numbers of hungry Grabbers alone is at 2,000 at the landslide airport alone.

Old lousy taxi should be summoned, obviously they bribed puspakom to pass the test. Some 20 years old taxi still otr. All taxi drivers must retake psv exam because last time too much paid bribe to get psv, that's why taxi drivers are low standard.

So currently grab staff still anyhow ban drivers from riders complaints? Regulations coming still ban like no tommorow ah?

Reeducation class is useless, grab staff got time to ban driver why not just make a phone call to the driver and educate him about his wrongdoings. Looks like professional drivers is not their goal, they're just collecting data for their future development.

Same, Waze is problematic to start with almost all driver versions, except a few. Google map is better integrated but sucks to use, for example unzoomed map before moving (should we turn left or right to start a journey?), frequent gps jumping to the next street, haven't reach destination but show you've reached your destination and all map pointer disappear (ok now we have to go back driver app zoom into the map to find the exact location, which defeats the point of using a navigator).

Same, possibly Waze problem, I saw waze reviews others are facing freeze/crash too. Try install older version Waze to solve freeze/crash, but find route/recalculate is probably waze server overloaded. Waze often server down one.

Fresh graduates who drive solely for higher income than being employed is definitely not a good sign for our next generation. Government should limit youth below 30 from driving just like Singapore government.

Their entire system is a mess, it is the same if you go to their office, you will find out nobody able to come out and make a decision, or solve a problem. Their highest level may have an idea for business but definitely not excel in leadership.

If you read the experience posted by an ex CS, you will know they're all hired to do stupid job, telling lies to drivers/riders all the time.

They did it since long time ago in my city. Basically they know TBB is required for certain job but they didn't give it out immediately. Because most newbie will use AA. After a few cancel/skip of that job TBB will appear to the next driver.

Ya. I guess they will remove lock lock feature after 12 July if really short of drivers. It is a stupid move since the beginning, only works when they have too much drivers lol. Something is wrong when you need drivers but lock them on the other hand. I guess their company ran by dictator, no need majority agree to make decisions.

If I gave a ride to their CEO one day I shall educate him from inside out.

Never heard of modded phone + app? Grab never give direct permanent ban to mod users, but lock them for a while only and ask them use legit phone/app to log in. If grab is serious in stopping modded users just ban them directly, but I guess they don't care since it doesn't disturb them from milking on your commission.

Gov already say max 20% commission for EHO but grab continue to get 25% commission from manual and 20% from AA. Is that legal? Can complain to MOT?

Yes, but after 12 July 2019 max commission is 20% as limited by MOT. Additional commission should not be allowed for whatever reason, legally. ( But they can make AA compulsory if they want, with higher cancellations allowance perhaps)

If MOT already set 20% is max commission and you can still add additional fee on top of the 20% without respecting the law, then any other EHO including Mycar will do it once the chance come.

It doesn't matter if I drive for grab or not, don't you see the problem as a driver yourself?
