Are grab drivers allows non members passengers to ride these days? For eg, a member not taking a ride but he book for a friend to take the ride. Is this against grab regulation?

Went to grab academy, the trainer insisted that the reason they did this is because of Drivers safety and by law, NO.
I think if anything happened towards you and passenger, Grab found out, Grab driver risk to get suspension. The question he poured out on the floor is whether do you value your membership? Worth pondering for those who are use to it.

And he said , there's already cases of people got robbed due to this and they have increase driver safety by forcing passenger to register with profiles pictures.

May be grab should add one more function like book for ownself or book for others
Similar to Agoda apps. Got a little function there need to key in the name of others if u book the room for others. Else may be cannot check if booking name n guest name is different.

How can i avoid situation that put me in danger when driving some strangers at night . The other day, received 2 jobs also carrying some clients that send my spine chilling in the evening. When i pick up at least 3 men , i begin to panic when their appearance doesn't look like upper mid class.

Since no choice, beside praying for good luck, what extra precaution must i take ? I think Grab should have a button when pressed, it mean : Driver in Caution taking place. At least they can have someone to call back if this button is not switch off.
